Maxine learned Bowen therapy in 1999 and ran a busy practice, Bowen to the Max, in Yandina for 10 years. She is now enjoying working from her home in Montville. Maxine considers Bowen Therapy to be the Homoeopathy of body work and has an wholistic approach to her work, incorporating Homoeopathic first aid, Australian Bush Flower Essences and Tissue Salts and likes to share her extensive knowledge and experience in nutrition and emotional connections to the physical body.
After embracing the healing philosophy of Fascial Kinetics, Maxines passion for Bowen Therapy led her to become an instructor for FK in 2007 and she now runs courses on the Sunshine Coast and North Queensland.
