A Bowen TreatmentA Bowen Therapy treatment involves a series of transverse moves in key positions on the body. These moves release adhesions and restriction in the fascia (or connective tissue) under the skin and the surrounding muscles. There are short pauses between each set of moves to allow the fascia to release and rehydrate. | Bowen Training is held many locations in New Zealand & AustraliaNew Bowen Therapy classes begin in many locations in New Zealand and Australia throughout the year. Mark Hunter, Principal of New Zealand and South Island instructor, is teaching new moves as well as revising moves learnt in a previous course to a keen class of BT 2 students. |
A Bowen treatment can be given anywhere - especially in NZ!Student Cath Garden from Palmeston North combines her Equine Bowen treatments with treatment for the horses riders - in the place where the horses are most comfortable.
